Anne Bagby: Prototypes in Paper
A longtime member of the American Watercolor Society, Anne Bagby has been painting for more than 20 years in Winchester, Tennessee. From her own hand-painted paper created with acrylic paint and hand-carved stamps, she fashions collages of clowns and jesters often bedecked in costumes, makeup and hats. She’s had numerous one-person shows, and several of her works were selected for the Art in Embassies program (aiep.state.gov). See her website at www.annebagby.com.
