Excellent explanations and demonstration. Only improvement would be to Include the photo reference on camera during the entire demonstration as the instructor works at creating the thumbnails and value studies. I realize that the reference material is available to print which is helpful but it would also be especially helpful for the viewer who is not able to immediately acquire a print of the reference photo.
