This is a great introduction to watercolor painting. Birgit covers the usual basics plus a few extras that are not typical, like the tree seal. Her instructional style is one I appreciate as her explanations and demos are easy to follow and understand. Thank you. C. Stahl

Birgit O'Connor's videos are all excellent . In 2 years I have watched 100's of watercolor videos with professional artists and today I have returned to watch this fine instructor again. I reviewed basics and techniques and am filled with new ideas for future paintings. She is such a skilled teacher.

A beginner can get a good start by watching this video. She gives you all the important information you need about brushes. Though I already do some water color this video was a revelation .
